(1) Section 546(1), after 'a petroleum tenure'--

insert--

'or water monitoring authority'.

(2) Section 546(1), 'held the tenure'--

omit, insert--

'held the tenure or authority'.

(3) Section 546(1)(a)(i) and (vi), after 'tenure'--

insert--

'or authority'.

(4) Section 546(1)(a)(iv), 'section 690(1)(g)'--

omit, insert--

'section 690(1)(f)'.
