PRIVATE EMPLOYMENT AGENTS ACT 2005 No. 15 - SECT 15

(1) The committee is to meet regularly to perform its functions.

(2) The meetings are to be--

(a) called by the chairperson; and

(b) held when the chairperson decides.

(3) The committee may otherwise conduct its business, including its meetings, in the way it considers appropriate.
