PRIVATE EMPLOYMENT AGENTS ACT 2005 No. 15 - SECT 25

25 Return of identity card

A person who ceases to be an inspector must return the person's identity card to the chief executive within 21 days after ceasing to be an inspector, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.

Maximum penalty--14 penalty units.
