PUBLIC HEALTH (MEDICINAL CANNABIS) ACT 2016 - SECT 129
Power to require reasonable help
129 Power to require reasonable help
(1) The authorised person may make a requirement (a
"help requirement" ) of an occupier of the place or a person at the place to
give the authorised person reasonable help to exercise a general power,
including, for example, to produce a document or to give information.
(2)
When making the help requirement, the authorised person must give the person
an offence warning for the requirement.
