Seizing evidence at a place that may be entered without consent or warrant
131 Seizing evidence at a place that may be entered without consent or warrant
An authorised person who enters a place the authorised person may enter under
this Act without the consent of an occupier of the place and without a warrant
may seize a thing at the place if the authorised person reasonably believes
the thing is evidence of an offence against this Act.
