Opinion of specialist medical practitioner to accompany application
16 Opinion of specialist medical practitioner to accompany application
(1) This section applies if, before making the application, the applicant has
obtained a written opinion from a specialist medical practitioner relating to
the treatment of the patient with medicinal cannabis.
(2) The applicant must
include a copy of the opinion in the application.
