PUBLIC HEALTH (MEDICINAL CANNABIS) ACT 2016 - SECT 178
Working groups
178 Working groups
(1) The chairperson may, with the agreement of the chief executive, establish
1 or more working groups to assist the expert advisory panel in performing its
functions.
(2) The chairperson may decide on the membership and functions of
a working group established under subsection (1).
