PUBLIC HEALTH (MEDICINAL CANNABIS) ACT 2016 - SECT 40

40 Form of clinical trial approval

An instrument for a clinical trial approval must—

(a) be in the approved form; and

(b) contain the following information—

(i) the approval holder’s name and professional qualifications; and

(ii) details of any approval required for the clinical trial under the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 (Cwlth) ; and

(iii) the term of the approval;

(iv) the conditions applying to the approval.
