Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered ActsA person is authorised to perform an activity under this chapter only to the extent the person performs the activity—
(a) in accordance with this Act; and
(b) if an approval, or the conditions imposed on the approval, restricts or states the way in which the person must perform the activity—in accordance with the restriction or stated way; and
(c) if a condition stated in a regulation made under section (1)(b) restricts or states the way in which the person must perform the activity—in accordance with the restriction or stated way.
