PUBLIC HEALTH (MEDICINAL CANNABIS) ACT 2016 - SECT 63

Authorised persons

63 Authorised persons

To the extent necessary to perform an authorised person’s official duties, an authorised person is authorised—

(a) to obtain medicinal cannabis; or
(b) to possess medicinal cannabis; or
(c) in a disaster or emergency situation—to destroy medicinal cannabis.
