Representations about show cause notices
79 Representations about show cause notices
(1) The approval holder may make written representations to the chief
executive about the show cause notice given to the holder within the show
cause period for the notice.
(2) The chief executive must consider all
representations (the
"accepted representations" ) made under subsection (1).
