Ending show cause process without further action
80 Ending show cause process without further action
(1) This section applies if, after considering the accepted representations
from the approval holder for the show cause notice, the chief executive no
longer believes a ground exists to take administrative action in relation to
the approval.
(2) The chief executive must not take any further action about
the show cause notice.
(3) The chief executive must give notice to the holder
that no further action is to be taken about the show cause notice.
