PUBLIC HEALTH (MEDICINAL CANNABIS) ACT 2016 - SECT 96

96 Offence for failure to comply with compliance notice

A person given a compliance notice must comply with the notice, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
