17 Amendment of s 4 (Officers and districts)

(1) Section 4, heading, 'and districts'--

omit.

(2) Section 4(1)--

omit, insert--

'(1) The chief executive may appoint a registrar of brands and deputy registrar of brands.'.

(3) Section 4(2) and (3)--

omit.

(4) Section 4(1A)--

renumber as section 4(2).
