20 Amendment of s 34 (Regulation making power)

(1) Section 34, heading, 'Regulation making'--

omit, insert--

'Regulation-making'.

(2) Section 34--

insert--

'(3) Also, a regulation may appoint any part of the State to be a district for the purposes of this Act.'.
