PRIMARY INDUSTRIES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2006 No. 48 - SECT 38

(1) Section 16(1) and (1A)--

omit, insert--

'(1) The registrar must keep--

(a) the register of veterinary surgeons, Queensland; and

(b) the register of veterinary specialists, Queensland.

'(1A) The registrar must--

(a) keep the registers in electronic form; and

(b) make the registers available for inspection on the board's website.
