63 Amendment of s 575 (Information use immunity)

Section 575 , from ‘other than a proceeding’—
omit, insert—
other than—

(a) a proceeding in which it is alleged the information was false or misleading; or

(b) a proceeding for an offence against a claim farming provision within the meaning of section 573A(4).
