POLICE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2010 No. 45 - SECT 6

6 Amendment of s 10.2A (Disclosure of criminal history for employment screening under commercial or other arrangement)

(1) Section 10.2A(1)(a)--

omit, insert--

'(a) the disclosure is to be made to a relevant agency; and'.

(2) Section 10.2A(1)(b), after 'someone else'--

insert--

'(the third party)'.

(3) Section 10.2A(3), before 'only with'--

insert--

'for disclosure to the third party'.
