Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) A real estate salesperson's registration certificate is cancelled if the real estate salesperson is convicted of a serious offence.
(2) The real estate salesperson must return the certificate to the chief executive within 14 days after the conviction, unless the real estate salesperson has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty for subsection (2)—100 penalty units.
