Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) QCAT may extend the time within which to seek review of a decision of the chief executive if it is satisfied—
(a) the application is made within 42 days after the person receives notice of the decision to be reviewed; and
(b) it is appropriate to extend time having regard to—
(i) the application generally; and
(ii) the justice of the matter generally.
(2) No appeal lies against QCAT's decision under this section.
