PROPERTY OCCUPATIONS ACT 2014 No. 22 - SECT 220

220 False or misleading statements

A person must not, for this Act, state anything to an official the person knows is false or misleading in a material particular.

Maximum penalty—200 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment.
