Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) A fine ordered to be paid to the chief executive under PAMDA that has not been paid before the commencement may be recovered after the commencement as a debt owing to the chief executive in a court with jurisdiction to recover debts up to the amount of the fine.
(2) A fee incurred under PAMDA that has not been paid before the commencement may be recovered after the commencement as a debt owing to the chief executive in a court with jurisdiction to recover debts up to the amount of the fee.
