PARLIAMENT OF QUEENSLAND (REFORM AND MODERNISATION) AMENDMENT ACT 2011 No. 15 - SECT 22
22 Amendment of s 69C (Registrar)
Section 69C—
insert—
'(5) The registrar must, in accordance with the
standing rules and orders, include a copy of each waiver given under
section 65(5) as part of the register of members' interests.'.
