POLICE POWERS AND RESPONSIBILITIES AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2006 No. 57 - SECT 35
35 Amendment of s 112 (Liability to pay costs of impounding--adult driver)
Section 112(3)--
omit, insert--
'(3) If the driver is found guilty of the
prescribed offence or motorbike noise direction offence, any costs paid by
someone else on the driver's behalf become a debt payable to the other person
by the driver.'.
