Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) This section applies if, after the application closing time, the chief executive receives a request for the registration of a confiscation order in relation to chattels of a person or creating a charge over the chattels of a person.
(2) Despite section 15 of the existing Act, the chief executive can not deal with the request after the application closing time.
