Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) The chief executive may delegate, to an appropriately qualified public service employee, the chief executive's powers under a provision of the existing Act that continues, under this division, to have effect after the repeal.
(2) A delegation that was in force immediately before the repeal in relation to a provision of the existing Act that continues, under this division, to have effect after the repeal continues to have effect as a delegation under this section.
