Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) This section applies if, before the repeal, there was an exercise or purported exercise of a power under a declared provision mentioned in section 30ZB(1) of the existing Act.
(2) Despite the repeal, a person whose property was damaged because of the exercise or purported exercise of the power may apply for compensation under section 30ZB of the existing Act.
