"public sector employee" includes a person who was a public sector employee.
"work performance information directive" means a directive under which a
department must give the commission information about work performance matters
that are being, or have been, handled by the department.
"work performance matter" means a matter involving a public sector
employee’s work performance or personal conduct, including, for example, an
allegation against the employee that constitutes or would, if proved,
constitute a disciplinary ground.
