(1) The Minister may make a framework (the
"performance framework" ) about the way the Minister expects chief executives of departments to perform their functions.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1) , the performance framework may provide for competencies expected of, and ethical standards for, chief executives mentioned in subsection (1) .
(3) The Minister must publish the performance framework—(a) on a Queensland government website; or(b) in another publicly available way the Minister considers appropriate.
(4) The performance framework does not limit or otherwise affect the obligations that a chief executive has under the Public Sector Ethics Act 1994 .
