(a) the special commissioner—(i) completes a term of office and is not reappointed; or(ii) resigns by signed notice, giving at least 1 month’s notice, given to the Minister; or(iii) becomes a disqualified person; or
(b) the appointment and contract of employment of the special commissioner is terminated under section 233 (3) .
