PUBLIC SECTOR ACT 2022 - SECT 237
Powers
237 Powers
(1) A special commissioner has the power to do anything necessary
or convenient to be done for the performance of the special commissioner’s
functions.
(2) A special commissioner also has the powers given to the
special commissioner under this Act or another Act.
