252 Definitions for part

In this part—

"disclose" includes give access to.

"public sector entity" includes the police service.

"public sector review" see section 253 .

"referring entity" , for a public sector review, see section 254 (1) .

"reviewing entity" means the commissioner, a special commissioner or another appropriately qualified person.
