PUBLIC SECTOR ACT 2022 - SECT 297
Existing chief executives
297 Existing chief executives
(1) This section applies to a person who,
immediately before the commencement, held an appointment as a chief executive.
(2) The person continues to be a chief executive under this Act on the same
terms of appointment that applied to the person immediately before the
commencement.
