Existing declarations of interest by persons
305 Existing declarations of interest by persons
(1) This section applies
if— (a) before the commencement, a person gave a statement about the
person’s interests under the repealed Act, section 185 ; and
(b)
immediately before the commencement, the statement was still in effect.
(2)
From the commencement, the person is taken to have given the statement under
section 88 .
