PUBLIC SECTOR ACT 2022 - SECT 315
Existing suspensions
315 Existing suspensions
(1) This section applies to a person who,
immediately before the commencement, was subject to a suspension imposed under
the repealed Act, section 137.
(2) From the commencement, the suspension
continues under this Act on the same terms that applied to the person
immediately before the commencement.
