23 Amendment of s 804 (Compensation)

(1) Section 804 (1) —
insert—

(aa) a protective services officer exercises powers under chapter 19, part 1; or

(2) Section 804 (1) (b) , after ‘police officer’—
insert—
or protective services officer

(3) Section 804 (1) (aa) and (b) —
renumber as section 804 (1) (b) and (c) .
