37 Amendment of s 9 (Standard of fitness and propriety)

(1) Section 9(1), ‘member of the protective security service’—
omit, insert—
security officer

(2) Section 9(1)—
insert—

(c) unless the person’s physique and physical fitness comply with the standard prescribed, by regulation, for a security officer.

(3) Section 9(2)—
omit.
