PAY-ROLL TAX ADMINISTRATION AMENDMENT ACT 2004 No. 46 - SECT 38
38 Amendment of s 6 (Revenue laws)
Section 6--
insert--
'(4) The Pay-roll Tax Act 1971 is a revenue law.
'(5)
Subsection (4) is subject to the Pay-roll Tax Act 1971, part 9, division
2.44'.
