QUEENSLAND FUTURE FUND ACT 2020 - SECT 11

11 Payments from Debt Retirement Fund

A payment from the Debt Retirement Fund may be made only for the following purposes—

(a) paying an amount to reduce the State’s debt;

(b) paying fees or expenses relating to the administration of the fund.
