Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) If amounts payable to a member under this part have not been drawn by the member by the end of 7 days after 1 July in each year, the amounts are to revert to the treasury and become part of the consolidated fund.
(2) The member is no longer entitled to payment of the amounts.
