QUEEN'S WHARF BRISBANE ACT 2016 - SECT 10

10 Ratification of agreement

The agreement set out in schedule 1, made by the Minister on behalf of the State—

(a) is ratified by the Legislative Assembly for the purposes of the Control Act, section 19; and

(b) has effect as if it were a law of the State.
