Holding over term not affected
55 Holding over term not affected
(1) A holding over term in a sublease of a
Queen’s Wharf headlease has effect even if it is inconsistent with the Land
Act.
(2) In this section—
"holding over term" , in a sublease, means a term of the sublease providing
for the holding over right of the sublessee at the end of the sublease.
