229 Appointments and authority

The following must be presumed unless a party to the proceeding, by reasonable notice, requires proof of it—

(a) the appointment of the commissioner, a deputy commissioner or an authorised officer;

(b) the power of the chief executive or a person mentioned in paragraph (a) to do anything under this Act.
