324 Amendment of s 12 (Evidence of matters to be included in an approval application)

Section 12(c)—
omit, insert—

(c) each of its executive officers has skills and experience in 1 or more of the following areas—

(i) the application code;

(ii) accounting;

(iii) animal welfare;

(iv) business;

(v) commercial and marketing development;

(vi) law.
