Commencement

2 Commencement

(1) Part 2 , other than divisions 2A and 3 , is taken to have commenced on 6 December 2024.
(2) Part 2 , division 3 commences on 1 May 2025.
(3) Part 3 is taken to have commenced on 1 December 2024.
