STATUTORY BODIES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2007 No. 20 - SECT 77

77 Amendment of s 295 (Duration of appointment)

Section 295(2)(c)--

omit, insert--

'(c) the director becomes--
(i) an employee of the employing office or of another government entity performing work for the authority under a work performance arrangement; or
(ii) an employee or contractor of the authority; or'.
