TRANSPORT AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2011 No. 12 - SECT 34
34 Amendment of s 105J (Effect on land of local government tollway corridor land declaration)
Section 105J—
insert—
'(13A) If the Minister makes an additional local
government tollway corridor land declaration, this section is subject to
section 105JAA.'.
