TRANSPORT AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2011 No. 12 - SECT 41
41 Amendment of s 116 (Pretending to be an investigator etc.)
Section 116—
insert—
'(c) to be the chief executive investigating land
under section 109A; or
(d) to be a person authorised by the chief executive
under section 109A.'.
