Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) The inspecting entity may give the Commonwealth ombudsman information that--
(a) relates to a Commonwealth agency; and
(b) was obtained by the inspecting entity under this Act.
(2) The inspecting entity may give information to the Commonwealth ombudsman under subsection (1) only if the inspecting entity is satisfied the giving of the information is necessary to enable the ombudsman to perform the ombudsman's functions in relation to the Commonwealth agency.
(3) The inspecting entity may receive from the Commonwealth ombudsman information relevant to the performance of the inspecting entity's functions under this Act.
