66 Amendment of s 33 (Prohibition on road works etc. on State-controlled roads)

(1) Section 33 —
insert—

(1A) A person may apply to the chief executive for an approval mentioned in subsection (1).

(2) Section 33 (3) , ‘ subsection (2) ’—
omit, insert—
subsection (3)

(3) Section 33 (1A) to (5) —
renumber as section 33 (2) to (6) .
